2. Do you energize the products before shipping?
Absolutely. All products are cleansed and energized with Vedic rituals before dispatch, so you can start wearing or using them immediately.
3. How do I know which stone or Rudraksha is right for me?
You can explore our “Shop by Purpose” and “Shop by Zodiac” collections to find products based on your goals (wealth, love, health, protection, etc.). For personal guidance, you may also consult with our experts.
4. Do I need to follow any rituals before wearing my product?
Since our products are already energized, you can wear them directly. However, you may recite mantras or perform a small prayer as per your faith for added positivity.
5. What should I do if the product doesn’t suit me?
We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy. If you face any issues, contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
6. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across India for your convenience.
7. What is the shipping timeline?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered in 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
8. How do I track my order?

Yes. Each product page includes guidance on who should wear it, how to wear it, and its benefits. You’ll also receive instructions with your order.
10. Can I return a used product?
For purity and hygiene reasons, used or damaged products cannot be returned. However, unused products in their original condition can be exchanged within the 7-day window.
