Quick summary: We want you to be delighted with your HEALINGGEMS purchase. If an item is defective, damaged or not as described, we’ll make it right — return, exchange or refund — within the timeframes below. Please read full details before placing an order.
1. Returns & Refunds — At a glance

Return window: 7 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns; 30 days for damaged/defective/wrong item claims.

Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging and tags unless the return is due to damage/defect or an incorrect dispatch.

Non-returnable items: Custom/engraved pieces, intimate/hygiene items once opened (if any), items clearly marked “Final Sale”, and heavily worn or altered products.

Refund method: Refunds issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking) within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, customer pays return shipping (unless otherwise stated in a promotion). For damaged/defective/wrong items, HEALINGGEMS covers return shipping.

2. When you can return
2.1 Change of mind

Return within 7 calendar days from delivery.

Product must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging with all tags, manuals and freebies included.

Refund will be minus original shipping charges and a standard return handling fee (if applicable). Specify any fee amount here or set to “no handling fee”.
2.2 Damaged / Defective / Wrong item delivered

Report within 30 days of delivery by emailing support (details below) and attaching photos/videos showing the issue and the package condition.

For verified claims, we will offer (at customer’s choice): full refund, replacement (if available), or store credit.

HEALINGGEMS will pay return shipping and arrange pickup or provide an easy drop-off procedure.

3. How to initiate a return or refund

Email: support@healinggems.co.in (replace with your actual support email) OR use the returns portal on our Shopify store.

Include: Order number, customer name, phone number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (for damaged/defective claims).

We will respond within 48 hours with next steps and a return authorization or shipping label if eligible. (If you prefer a different response time, adjust here.)
Important: Returns without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.

4. Refund processing

Once we receive the return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider.

If we offer store credit or an exchange, we will clearly state the value and expiry (store credit valid for 12 months unless otherwise specified).

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

For size/variant exchanges, confirm the desired SKU in your return request.
6. Shipping costs & who pays

Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return postage unless during a promotion that covers return shipping.

Damaged/defective/wrong item: HEALINGGEMS pays return shipping, or issues a prepaid label/pickup.

Original outbound shipping may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. International orders

International customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly. Customs duties, import taxes and other fees are not refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
8. Custom, personalized and final-sale items

Custom or personalized items (engraved, bespoke combinations, made-to-order) cannot be returned for change of mind. They may be eligible for replacement or refund if defective or if we shipped the wrong item — contact support with evidence.
9. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier. For claims made more than 14 days after carrier confirmation of delivery, resolution may be limited.
10. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellation becomes a return and subject to the return policy above.
11. Chargebacks & disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, please also email support with your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting evidence.
12. Privacy & security

When you return items, we may need to inspect products to confirm eligibility. Any personal data submitted during this process will be handled per our Privacy Policy..
