We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, and other leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Orders above โน999 (within India) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Orders below โน999 attract a flat shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

International shipping charges vary based on country, order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier delays, weather, strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters.

If the courier fails to deliver due to incorrect address/contact details, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged / Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and fall under our Return Policy.
9. P.O. Boxes & Restricted Locations

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or areas restricted by law.
