1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

  • During high-volume sales, festivals, or promotions, processing may take an additional 1โ€“2 days.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Prepaid): 3โ€“7 business days depending on location.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pin codes; may take 1โ€“2 extra days for delivery.

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1โ€“3 business days (extra charges apply).

International ๐ŸŒ

  • Delivery time: 7โ€“15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, India Post, and other leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above โ‚น999 (within India) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

  • Orders below โ‚น999 attract a flat shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

  • International shipping charges vary based on country, order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your package directly on our courier partnerโ€™s website or from the โ€œTrack Orderโ€ page on HEALINGGEMS.CO.IN.


6. Delayed / Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier delays, weather, strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters.

  • If the courier fails to deliver due to incorrect address/contact details, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping may incur additional charges.


7. Damaged / Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns and fall under our Return Policy.


9. P.O. Boxes & Restricted Locations

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or areas restricted by law.

  • In case your pincode is unserviceable, our team will contact you to find an alternative solution.
